Steps to Enroll at Montessori Academy

Step 1: Schedule a Tour
Contact Montessori Academy to schedule a tour and learn more about the school and its programs.

Step 2: Join the Waitlist

• Complete and submit the Waitlist Form via email to montessoriacademywa@gmail.com or by mail to:
  7712 234th St SW, Edmonds, WA 98026

• Include a $100 non-refundable, non-transferable Waitlist Fee with your submission.

Waitlist Details:

• Priority enrollment is given to families at the top of the waitlist.

• Siblings of current students or alumni can join the waitlist without paying the fee; however, the Waitlist Form must still be submitted.

• Families on the waitlist will be contacted when a spot becomes available. Once notified, they have 48 hours to accept or decline the spot. If no response is received within this timeframe, the spot will be offered to the next family on the list.

Step 3: Accepting the Spot

• If a spot is available for your child, the school will schedule a meeting to assess your child's readiness for the program and ensure a good fit.

If the child is ready:

1. Pay the tuition for the remaining days of the month within three business days of accepting the spot.

2. Moving forward, tuition will be due on the 1st of each month.

3. A Transition Period will be observed during the first month to ensure your child adjusts well to the new environment, classmates, and classroom routines.

If the child needs more time to prepare:

1. You may choose to keep your child’s name on the waitlist and wait for the next available spot.

2. Alternatively, you can decline the spot, and your child will be removed from the waitlist.
